Cancel parliament summer recess to deal with covid assistance for businesses.
More than 300k businesses, more than 3 million sole traders are need financial assistance due to being unable to work during lockdown & more than 200k businesses cannot access bounce back loans. Parliament must not take a summer recess while this disaster still affects millions of people.
Parliament must remain in session and respond to the needs of the millions of people that will lose their businesses, their homes, their livelihoods before it is too late.
