Ban Bonfires excluding bonfire night. Ban fireworks excluding firework night.

Bonfires around our area can start as early as 8am any day and in evening after 11pm, its not fair, its pollution, causing more usage of water to rewash my things, have to close all windows even if hot, we should not be controlled when we can and cant leave our windows open for air!
Fireworks scare so many animals and go off throughout the year, and children have access to them via houses as you see random few go off!!
