Petition Action

Allow a referendum in Scotland on whether devolution should end or continue.

Petition Details

The referendum is to allow the people of Scotland to have a referendum on whether devolution should continue or finish and Holyrood closed.
The SNP have abused devolution & used it as vehicle to continue their push for independence against the wishes of the majority of Scotland Electorate

Additional Information

Since the Independence referendum in 2014 the SNP have not acted in good faith of the Edinburgh agreement and continued to push for another independence referendum ignoring the settled will of the Scottish people. Devolution has failed and is used as a vehicle by the SNP to further their goal of independence despite them never securing a majority of the votes. Scotland has voted time and again each time not giving the SNP a majority this now needs to end and the settled will of Scots be heard.
