Revise the pay rise and include nurses.
Reconsider the budget and include nursing staff within the budgeted pay rises due to take place for the public sector, irrelevant of what 2018 negotiations took place. These were the "front line" during the pandemic.
These people exposed themselves selves head on during the global Covid-19 pandemic, yet aren't seeing any benefits from risking their own lives for the greater good.
