Give all healthcare workers a pay rise for their work during the pandemic.
Give healthcare workers an above inflation pay rise.
Healthcare workers faced unprecedented conditions going to work throughout the pandemic. They continued to work, putting them and their families at risk, for the greater good. This selflessness should be rewarded.
