Petition Action

Pay rise for ALL public sector keyworkers who have worked during the pandemic

Petition Details

Give all hospital staff, nurses, public sector carers and support workers an above inflation pay rise as recognition of their dedication to their work during the pandemic. Also a pledge to improve the value that is put on those that care for the most vulnerable people at the hardest of times.

Additional Information

Because it is about time the government stopped thinking of those that care as a second rate and unskilled work force. The lowest paid workers in the UK are the ones who have carried this country though this dark time and yet again the government has failed to value their contribution and the sacrifices they have made.
