The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We understand that you want the Government to increase support and protections for people who have been affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, but it's not clear exactly what you want the Government to do, or that the all of the actions you are requesting are things the Government is responsible for.

Payment holidays by finance companies are a matter for individual finance companies, and no the Government or House of Commons.

We could accept petitions calling for the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme to be extended for certain sectors, and for the Government to prevent enforcement action for debts, but these are separate actions so would need to be the subject of separate petitions.
