Contractual notice to be paid when on maternity leave.
Change the legislation to allow people on maternity leave to be paid their full contractual
Notice when made redundant.
Currently furloughed employees who are not working will be paid full contractual notice when made redundant.
Employees who are not working due to maternity leave are not entitled to this
