ENABLE NURSES TO STRIKE LEGALLY WITHOUT UNIONS FOR A FAIR PAY RISE
To enable nurses to strike legally without affecting job security for a fair pay rise.
Nurses should be able to fight for the right for a pay rise without the risk of legal or employment consequences. Nurses are being silenced.

You could also start a new petition asking to change the law so that individuals can take strike action, without the agreement of a union or a vote, and be protected from negative consequences, if that's what you'd like to happen.
