Provide all key workers with a pay rise
Provide all key workers and front line staff with a pay rise. The government have been very biased with the “clap for the NHS” all of the thank-you messages delivered and most definitly with the pay rises and bonuses.
Throughout the pandemic there have been thousands of people putting their lives and loved ones lives at risk by continuing to provide the services they provide. The government applauds, messages of appreciation and most definitly the pay rises and bonuses have been aimed directly toward the NHS for the majority of the pandemic. There have been people working as health care assistants, support workers, logistic employees, store assistants, cleaners and more roles throughout this pandemic too.
