Arrange passports for all looked after children
Once a child is taken into the care of the authorities it is extremely difficult to get a passport for them - it becomes a low priority and takes a lot of effort and time to try and get one issued. Leading to children missing out on life experiences and a basic form of identification.
To make issuing a passport part of the process when applying to courts for a care order.
