Remove service charges for ending your tenancy early due to COVID-19.
Stop the landlords/agencies charging you any additional fees and commission if you need to leave your contract early, due to not being able to pay your rent.
For reasons such as:
- redundancy
- sickness
- unemployment
- insufficient funds from the Government bodies (e.g. Universal Credit, etc)
