Recall Scott Mann mp.
Hold a by election to see if Scott Mann has the support of his constituents.
I believe the electorate have been mislead by the current government an Scott Mann and there should be a by election to determine if he still has the support of the electorate.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because this wouldn't be the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
In any case, under the Recall of MPs Act 2015 a recall petition can only be opened if an MP is sentenced to a prison term, is suspended from the House of Commons for at least 10 sitting days or is convicted of providing false information under the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009.
