Having House of Lords elections every 15 years is not good enough

Additional Information

The House of Lords elections will be every 15 years if elected not every 5 like the House of Commons. It will not be impossible to get rid of an unpopular upper chamber. Having an elected chamber in power that long is not democratic as it cannot be easily removed as they are elected but every 15 years.
