Remove the Canary & Balearic Islands from the UK 14 days quarantine rule.
To assess separately and at present remove the Canary & Balearic Islands from the quarantine rules governing mainland Spain.
The prevalence of COVID-19 is less on these Islands than anywhere On mainland Spain and in the UK at present.
