Exclude Canary islands from UK return 14 day quarantine
This territory has a very low infection rate (one of the lowest in Europe and the lowest in Spain) and it is safe to travel.
People should be able to travel to safe places. UK government shouldn't include all Spanish Territory on the restrictions as geographicaly it is not close to other Spanish destinations and the infection rate is very low.
