Stronger policing around online bullying/abuse.Social media platforms to enforce
In light of recent abuse carried out by twitter users it’s clear there needs to be tighter restrictions on online hate speech.Users shouldn’t be able to attack others. We know these acts of Online hate can result in devastating outcomes for the victim. There must be greater consequences and security
I want the Government to enforce social media platforms to protect their users.Everyone is entitled to free speech but there’s a difference in free and hate! The minute abuse is reported it should be dealt with and quickly so that it does not escalate as we have seen this weekend.Users shouldn’t feel persecuted or threatened. Online Abusers should be brought to justice. How many users have to suffer before social media bosses do something!
