ON THE BEACH holiday company are not responding to any customers with answers.
On the beach holidays are not responding to customers in regards to booked holidays.
Theres a number of ways to contact, all of the phone numbers including there emergency number, you get cut off, send emails, messengers they get ignored.
Customers have been waiting over 5months for a response.
Something needs to be done as this is no way to treat paying customers.
No matter how you try to contact them you get no response whatsoever.
Other travel agents (TUI, love holidays, jet 2) are responding to customers within 1 hour, so why can't on the beach do the same.
Families are left with no responce to any query raised.
This hasto be sorted and jasto be sorted ASAP.
There facebook page has thousands and thousands of people calling out for a response, and there being ignored.
