Change the VAT status on bicycle sales to make them exempt.
Extended the VAT exemption on bikes sales given to employed people under the cycle to work scheme to all by removing the VAT on new bike sales.
The cycle to work scheme is very successful but is limited to people who have the benefit of a participating employer, the main benefit is he VAT zero rating, this should be available to all.
