All social media companies must have a working UK Call-Centre for complaints.
Currently there is no way to contact a real person if one has issues with posts, comments or being blocked or barred on Facebook and other social media.
Insist on a valid accessible UK Call-Centre with a freephone number to be able to talk to Customer Services and not a robot chat.
Any social media not providing such a viable WORKING service should receive substantial fines.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The UK Government aren't responsible for dictating whether companies are required to use call centres.
You could start a petition calling for all complaints to companies operating in the UK to be dealt with within the UK, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
