Deploy the Royal Navy in the English Channel to stop illegal immigration.
We need to take positive and drastic action to stop illegal immigrants from crossing the English Channel. A screen needs to be set up between France and the United Kingdom.
Her Majesty's Government should deploy all available Royal Navy vessels in the English Channel. Such vessels should be deployed one nautical mile outside of French Territorial Waters to intercept vessels carrying illegal immigrants. If such vessels are intercepted the Navy must be authorised to turn them back. Under only an imminent threat to life should such illegals be taken on board any Royal Navy ship for conveyance to the United Kingdom.
