Make UK Law, that ALL cyclists in the UK MUST USE HIGH VISIBLE garment or BAND.
ENABLE VEHICLE DRIVERS TO BE ABLE TO SEE CYCLISTS IN DARK CLOTHING, TO ENABLE CYCLISTS TO BE SAFER ON UK ROADS, BY WEARING SOMETHING THAT IS HIGHLY VISIBLE IN DAYLIGHT AS WELL AS NIGHT TIME.
WE WANT UK CYCLISTS TO BE SAFER ON UK ROADS
