Trampolines should not look into their neighbours gardens or their property.
We believe that privacy is not respected within the law as trampolines can be exempt from building regulations, even if they are 10-14foot high. our neighbours can see into our living room on the trampoline and overlooks our garden. We are an elderly couple and hoped to enjoy a peaceful retirement,

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government is responsible for.
The placement of trampolines is a matter for individual homeowners, and if neighbours feel that their privacy is being intruded upon they can take legal action to challenge this: www.citizensadvice.org.uk/law-and-courts/civil-rights/human-rights/what-rights-are-protected-under-the-human-rights-act/your-right-to-respect-for-private-and-family-life/
You could start a petition calling on the Government to require that people apply for planning permission before erecting trampolines or other similar structures, so that local authorities can refuse this if it could intrude on the privacy of other residents.
