Chancellor assessment on what percentage of income people pay in tax

Additional Information

Following George Osborne's shock at finding out that the wealthiest members of society are paying as little as 10% or less of tax I consider that Osborne should commision a study to assess what the percentage of tax on income is paid throughout all the income ranges so as to gain a good idea as to the spread of the tax burden throughout society.
