Exempt NHS workers from being taxed for accommodation as a Benefit in Kind
The Government should exempt NHS workers from the tax implications of being provided accommodation during the Covid-19 outbreak. These workers are providing an essential service and have only relocated to protect their families and others.
It would be grossly unfair for NHS workers to have to pay tax on the provision of this accommodation, which could cost thousands of pounds.
