Mandatory road safety training for drivers regarding cyclists
Road safety training needs to be increased. Road users and pedestrians must be held accountable for dangerous actions. Fines for unsafe road activity to be increased.
The UK has the most unsafe road practices of most if not all of Europe and outliers. Fines for unsafe driving, cycling and pedestrian activity needs to increased and enforced. Training and mandatory road safety tests to be explicit in rules and regulations and also for law changes.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure whether you want pedestrians and motorists to be subject to new tests and laws, and what any training would involve.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, such as a compulsary 'cyclist awareness' portion of the driving test.
