Change the TV license to only apply to the BBC and BBC iPlayer.
Advertising revenue and subscriptions finance all other TV channels. The TV license restricts watching all live programs which is unacceptable.
The narrative explaining the rules for watching TV issued by the TV Licensing are muddled and biased towards the BBC.
