Tax Breaks for Job Creating Businesses

Additional Information

Create a form of legislation whereby the British Government can give tax breaks to any business sector or company (either quaterly or annually) on the basis that they create a target number of jobs that the Government can specify. Those that fail to creat the appropriate number fo jobs won't be eligeable for tax breaks. Those that arent inthe schme won't be entitled to tax breaks.
This way the Government can have more control over the economy and infrastructure development.
