Petition Details

The Government should make it a legal requirement that all industrial units, warehouses, supermarkets etc in urban areas must, if seagulls nest there, make the roofs seagull proof with netting or by using other deterrents.

Additional Information

These birds are nesting in urban areas on large roofs. Irresponsible owners don’t care as they don’t live with the birds squawking all night. If they don’t take responsibility they should be forced to do by law. They should be forced to seagull proof their roofs and deter the birds from nesting.
