Given the risk of spikes/2nd wave of Covid 19 make it mandatory for teachers & pupils to wear masks in schools.
With schools, shops,places if work opening & the risk of another wave of coronavirus surely it would be safer for schoolchildren especially in secondary schools along with their teachers to wear masks
