Say NO to face masks at wedding receptions
To allow wedding ceremonies to go ahead without the need of facemasks/coverings as long as social distancing is in place.
To allow couples to get married without having to postpone again, relieve some of the stress couples are experiencing, to enjoy there wedding day, to see there familys faces, not masks and for the happiest day of there lives to be happy.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government's current guidance on weddings and receptions states that face coverings should form part of the mitigations in a wedding's risk assessment but does not require that these be worn:
www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-for-small-marriages-and-civil-partnerships/covid-19-guidance-for-small-marriages-and-civil-partnerships
Deciding whether to require face coverings as part of any booking is therefore a matter for individual venues.
