Pass a law prohibiting the sale and manufacture of plastic lighters, plastic covered lighters and plastic lighter holders in the UK

Additional Information

Millions of tonnes of waste and pollution are created to make disposable and unrecyclable lighters and holders, a simple policy change would at the stroke of a pen prevent this.
