andy thomson speeding fine
ambulance driver Andy Thomson was given points and a fine for speeding whilst delivering an organ for a transplant. If this is allowed to be implimented, then all emergency crews will be banned for speeding and thus,we are all at risk of dieing because there will not be any emergency crews around.
