Petition Action

Introduce British Sign Language into the schools curriculum.

Petition Details

Adjust the school curriculum. We learn Modern foreign language but don’t learn Sign Language which many people have wanted to learn and have had to try and learn alone.

Additional Information

Raising awareness to deafness and hearing loss for young people. Learning sign language will automatically increase skill levels for young people and will increase understanding and communication between people. A lot of people are learning sign language in their own time but not enough or properly. We learn other languages but not a language to help thousands of people.
