Say No to bonuses in years where companies make redundancies
Paying enormous cash bonuses to chief executives during times of economic hardship for the majority is unfair; particularly when the bonus has been "earned" by turning in a profit which has been paid for by the sacrifice of jobs.
If this country's economy is to grow then we need to increase trading across the board. Many companies owe their short-term profitability to cost cutting exercises and workforce reductions.
Call upon HM Government to make it illegal to pay bonuses to chief executives in years where they make redundancies.
