Pay Discretionary Grants to everyone not eligible for £10k+ business rates
Pay everyone the business discretionary grant just like how you have paid everyone the business rates £10k+ by the person just having their name on the business rates.
Many people have been declined for business discretionary grants while many businesses have received the £10K plus business rates relief whether the person has business rates or £0 rates. Many business under certain square metres already get £0 rates and yet have been paid £10k+ from the government.
