Posthumous OBE for Claire Squires
Claire Squires died whilst running the London Marathon, hoping to raise funds for The Samaritans. Since her death, the amount of money raised has reached over £1m. She has raised funds for various charities throughout her short life. I feel a posthumous OBE would recognise the efforts and compassion of a wonderful, inspirational, caring and respected person.
