Make it free to dump waste from any vehicle in the UK.
Councils have made it difficult for people to dispose of there waste. This has also created a huge uproar in Flytipping as people dont have the option to dispose of it free of charge.
I personally and many others, have suffered as a result of this change in council procedures, i have lost my business because of this change.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Your petition asks for it to be made free to dump waste from someone's vehicle, however you don't specify what you mean by 'waste'. It is also not clear whether this is waste produced by the vehicle, or simply waste being transported in the vehicle.
In any event, household and business waste collection and disposal, including the management of local tips, is a matter for local authorities, not the UK Government or Parliament.
