Stagger or delay the reopening of schools in September 2020
Conduct consultation with parents before making attendance mandatory or issuing penalties
Make masks mandatory in schools & not object to parents wishes for a child to wearing a mask
Where social distancing cannot be forced at a school they must be allowed to stagger pupils
The Gov claims of no impact to children is unfounded, they are not following the WHO guidelines, mistakes can be made but cannot be erased, no Gov wants to be remembered for its' mistakes.
There is evidence across the world where schools have reopened after infection levels have subsided & they have increased again upon reopening, Israel is a current example.
And finally because parents should not be penalised if they feel their school has NOT done enough to protect their children.
