Change the way in which A-level grades are awarded
Allow teachers to award grades based on the merit of the individuals work throughout the year rather than data from the school itself. This will ensure that children from deprived areas have a fair advantage. We should approach this on a micro level and allow individual merit and hard work to shine.
Give the power of awarding grades to the teachers as they know the student the best and can best judge their abilities.
