To allow all individuals to earn £10,000 per year tax free. All other income to be taxed at a flat rate 35% which includes N>I> contibutions which should be scrapped for individuals. AND to scrap Road Fund Licence and replace with additional 3p per litre which can be collected with existing duties.Big cars higher mileage users will pay more, pensioners etc will pay less. Both proposals will massively reduce the red tape collection costs for these taxes.
