Postage Cost Increases are detrimental to the UK Economy
The April rise in postage costs, with, international shipping in particular in mind, are detrimental to small businesses in the UK.
With rises ranging from 18.7% to 88.4% Ofcom's effective deregulation of any pricing structure by which Royal Mail is to adhere, whilst maintaining its USO, is nothing short of giving up and admitting that it can not regulate a business that to date can not regulate itself.
It is we, the British public, who are now carrying the cost of their mis-management. This is bad for Britain, bad for the economy, and ultimately will result in the collapse of Royal Mail
