Petition Action

The British Government and IOC should not allow the Argentinian Athletes to attend the 2012 Olympic Games

Additional Information

After the escalation of the current political situation by the Argentine Government, including the politicising of the Olympic Games through the Government backed advertisement entitled 'Olympic Games 2012: Homage to the Fallen and the Veterans of the Malvinas.'

The undersigned believe and urge HM Government should rescind the invitation to the Argentinian athletes.

The Olympic Games should not be a political event.
