children should be let out of class to use the toliet

due to an incident in my brothers shcool where he raised his hand and asked politely if he could use the toilet was struck off when the teacher turned around and said you can't go due to lessons however they always say the same thing you should have gone at lunchtime or breaktime the trouble is in my brothers school you only get 30 minutes lunch break and a child cannot know when to go to the toliet no one can so my point is this why does a child have to sit through a class and hold onto there toliet I am not saying there education is not important but surley there health comes first. so please goverment could you be so kind in making sure children are allowed to got to the toliet during class.
