UK entrance fee for non uk-residents

Additional Information

This is a simple petition, similar to the America, non-UK residents should be asked to pay an entrance fee for entrance to the UK. This will produce a greater income for the country and perhaps deter people who enter for an, 'extended holiday,' from coming to the country.
