Create a Vulnerable Persons list.
Amend the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 to include a voluntary list that any person can ask to be registered if they consider themselves to be a Vulnerable Person.
The Vulnerable Person would have to ask to be included on the National list in person through either.
1. Their GP.
2. Their local Police Station
3. Their Social Worker.
Stating simply their Name/DOB/Place of work or Address is optional.
Being placed upon the list shall in itself NOT permit the Vulnerable Person to be accused of any criminal act.
A Vulnerable Person should advise of an address change or to ask for themselves to be removed from the list again in person.
