Formula 1 should always be on free to air TV
It has been announced that the BBC will only be broadcasting half of the Formula 1 season from next year. It is essential that Formula 1 is available to the whole nation on free to air TV. Not only do we have national heroes regularly winning, most F1 teams are based in the UK and employ a broad range of highly skilled people.
Formula 1 belongs on Ofcoms Group A list of protected sports, protected under Part IV
of the Broadcasting Act 1996
