Conscription
Conscription for all, except in exceptional circumstances, from 18 to 21 years of age, no matter religion etc. This will give jobs and skills to the young, open up the jobs market to those who are older, help to tackle obesity, give people some self worth, and try to prevent a nation dependant on the doll.
