UK Borders Agency: Long Queues: Fit for purpose?
Please can the government stop this national embarrassment by properly sorting and taking responsibility for our border!! Ministers are showing complacency and failing to deal with the problems that are leading to very long queues for nationals and visitors alike. Totally unacceptable but government inaction continues... Please staff those empty desks!!!
