Keep appeal rights for family visitor visa applications
The UKBA should abandon its plans to end appeal rights for family visitors.
Saving money is not a good enough reason to remove a fundamental check and balance on the decision making of the UKBA.
People refused a visa need to be able to legally challenge the decision as the UKBA make mistakes.
To save money by minimising appeals the UKBA should make the application process clearer and make better initial decisions.
